What will do

In this pizza class first of all, I will give you the apron and we will start creating together the fundamental ingredient of Neapolitan pizza, the dough!

You will receive all the explanations on the ingredients to compose the margherita pizza, you will discover the preparation process, its secrets and all the steps to make the real dough according to the Neapolitan recipe.

 

The second step to make your pizza consists in cutting the dough, through a special technique that has been used for more than 600 years, called “mozzatura”, learned by those who work in the kitchen mozzarella.

You will be offered a local appetizer, you can taste organic products of Vesuvius , homemade bread and fried arancini.

This part is very important in order to understand the high quality of the products that everyone should use during cooking.

At the end we will prepare pizza Margherita! I’ll teach you how to roll out pizza dough and add fresh ingredients like only a chef can.

I will talk about every ingredient and I will make you discover the recipe of San Marzano tomato.

Finally, we will bake the pizza in the Neapolitan oven and you will discover the technique of preparing the pizza!

At the end you can enjoy your pizza together with a drink included in the experience and I will tell you the story of the Neapolitan pizza.
