What will do

Thanks to this course you will learn how to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza margherita!  This cooking class will be held in a typical Neapolitan pizzeria in the historic center.  First we will have the apron and with our local guide you will have a detailed explanation of Campani products.  There will be a tasting: tomato, fresh mozzarella and olive oil.  After you will make the pizza dough following the typical recipe and you will learn how to knead the right way, we will now cut the panette with the ancient method of mozzatura.  Now we will take some previously leavened loaves and you will roll out your pizza like a real pizza maker then season with all the ingredients.  Finally we will wait for the pizza to be cooked in the pizzeria’s wood-fired oven, and then eat it together with your fellow friends!  With a drink included and I would even receive a diploma as a souvenir of this magnificent experience.
