A local expert guide will tell you the story of these two recipes and will tell you about their ingredients, to be able to make Italian tiramisù and limoncello. Then you can realize a true Italian limoncello. An experience with a personal chef to discover the recipes of Italian cuisine. You’ll make a tiramisu and a limoncello like the Neapolitan grandmothers!

What will do

First we will go to our restaurant, close to the Historic Centre of Naples, where we will learn all about the history of the real tiramisu sweet. Everybody tries to make it, in every part of the world, but here you will listen to an expert who will tell you how to make it properly. Collect all the ingredients, like coffee, the savoiardo biscuit, the cream and the mascarpone cheese. The first step will be the making of the delicious cream and learning how to put the biscuits in the correct way. You will learn how to use properly the tools, under the supervision of an expert. While your tiramisu is resting in the fridge, you will listen to the expert talking about the notions of the making of Limoncello liqueur. He will talk about the correct lemon to choose and will let you try some good artisanal Limoncello. At the end, you can finally enjoy your tiramisu, made with your own hands!
